I have used BSAS for many years for all our communication requirements. We had an EFM connection through them which was recently updated to a Leased line. This has provided a massive increase and improvement in bandwidth which has allowed our company to utilise several other services. The install and upgrade was seamless and well managed throughout.

Our account manager Paul will always respond in a prompt and courteous manner and we can trust their advice. The support provided is of a high quality and any issues that have arisen have always been dealt with in a swift manner.

The first option on their phone answer service is for technical help, genius! No more waiting 20 minutes to talk to technical desk who can only read off a script on their screen and then have to refer you on to someone else. BSAS have been a supplier of ours for over ten years now and have always been very efficient and professional in all that they do, providing a high quality, reasonably priced service. I would happily recommend this service provider to anyone, especially as they don’t request a signed order before assisting you with an urgent problem which can often be difficult as problems don’t seem to occur at the most convenient of times.
